Wee Dub Festival in March

Wee Dub Festival

Jah Shaka and Adrian Sherwood top Edinburgh bill

Scotland's biggest celebration of reggae, dub and sound-system culture returns to Edinburgh on the first weekend of March 2019 with a massive line-up covering reggae, roots, dub, dance-hall, jungle and bass in many forms, topped by two giants of the scene: Jah Shaka and Adrian Sherwood.

Spread over four main sessions powered by Scotland’s best sound systems, the legendary Wee Dub Festival brings a host of established names to the city as well as showcasing great upcoming talent from around the UK.

The festival takes place in venues throughout the city’s historic medieval Old Town, a UNESCO world heritage site, with all venues within walking distance of each other. Places hosting events include The Mash House, La Belle Angele, The Liquid Room Basement, The Bongo Club, Akva Bar and the Fig Tree Bistro.

Ticketing is flexible, including single-session entry or tickets for the entire weekend, which grant access to the full programme of gigs, club and events. For more information visit the Wee Dub Festival website.
