Milton Keynes goes Lego crazy
The Milton Keynes Brick Festival... sounds like something that might attract staff from Redrow, Persimmon or Barratt... but actually it's more likely to appeal to their children since it is, in fact, a celebration of brightly-coloured, interlocking plastic pieces produced by a certain Danish toy producer.
Featuring some out-of-this-world displays, such as an incredible large-scale Forest Moon of Endor diorama from Star Wars, a large scale model White House that’s over six-foot-long, and many more amazing creations, The Milton Keynes Brick Festival is the perfect place for anyone potty about Lego.
A great day out for families, collectors and adult builders alike, the event has lots to see and do including a speed-building competition, traders selling loose bricks, a building area and loads of large-scale creations.
It all takes place at Stantonbury Leisure Centre on 4 May 2019 from 10am to 5pm... may the force be with you!
