It's the 10th anniversary of the Yorkshire Barrio Fiesta this weekend.

Taking place at Ripon Racecourse from 10am-5pm on Saturday, 10 June, the fiesta unites Filipinos living in the north of England in celebration of their cultural heritage and attracts thousands of visitors from the Yorkshire region and from further afield.

The Yorkshire Maharlika Filipino Club first organised it's cultural celebration of the Philippines at Mansion Lane, Roundhay Park, Leeds, in 2008 and 10 years on it's more popular than ever.

This year Filipino-American former reality TV contestant, actor and recording artist Sam Milby and award-winning singer Gino Padilla are the star attractions at the racecourse, which will also be the stage for lots of family fun and a taste of traditional Asian cooking.
